Terms & Conditions
Welcome to EpicStyle Shops™. EpicStyle Shops™ provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. In order to participate in the EpicStyle Shops™ program, you must read and accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future EpicStyle Shops™ service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with EpicStyle Shops™, whether or not included in the EpicStyle.com Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
You will receive a welcome email upon registration that includes instructions and a link to a tax form you are required to complete and return. Please complete the form fully and either email it to shops@epicstyle.com, or fax it to 714-641-8217. It is imperative that you complete and send this tax form as we are unable to process your commission checks without a completed form.
You will receive a monthly compensation check for the orders that were processed during the previous month. This check will be mailed by the 2nd Friday of the following month. When your account has a $100 balance or more, you will receive a check. For example, if during March your commission is $100, your check for $100 will be mailed by the 2nd Friday in April. If your March commission is only $90, then your commission account will continue to accrue until it reaches the $100 payout minimum. Deductions from your commissions will naturally occur when returns are received on previous sales.
You will receive an IRS1099 form at tax time if EpicStyle Shops™ has issued payments to you which reach or exceed $600.00 during the course of the previous year. No forms will be sent if your commissions do not reach or exceed $600.00, but you may be still be required to report this income on your taxes. Please check with your individual state and federal agencies for applicable requirements. IRS 1099 reporting may be changed at any time and we will produce your 1099 in accordance with the IRS requirements for the applicable tax year.
The store name you choose for the site and any information supplied by you to include in the site such as logo, artwork, or content (e.g. for the home page or other sections of the site), you will retain whatever ownership rights you have in such material. You will hold EpicStyle Shops™ harmless and defend EpicStyle Shops™ against all liability. EpicStyle Shops™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or remove any such information or to disable the site in the event any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property infringement is alleged by a third party, and EpicStyle Shops™ shall not be liable to you in any capacity for such removal of information or disabling of the site.
Nothing in this agreement shall operate to grant a license or other right to you for use of the trade names, trademarks, service marks or logos of EpicStyle.com.
Account cancellation process
To cancel your account, please submit a request to cancel@EpicStyleShops.com. Your account will be closed at the end of the current commission cycle (last day of the month). Until such time your store will remain active. At the end of current commission cycle your shop will be closed and all outstanding commissions will be paid.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit EpicStyle.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our websites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site , such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of EpicStyle Shops™ or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
EpicStyle Shops™ grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of EpicStyle Shops™. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to direct internet traffic to your EpicStyle Shop via various marketing techniques, so long as the marketing technique does not portray EpicStyle Shops™, or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. Any marketing techniques you employ to publicize and promote your EpicStyle Shop™ shall comply with all state and federal regulations regarding SPAM. Any EpicStyle Shops participant found to be employing any spamming techniques shall be terminated from the EpicStyle Shops program immediately. You are authorized to use any EpicStyle Shops™.com banners and other marketing tools found in the marketing areas.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. EpicStyle Shops™. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our EpicStyle Shops program. EpicStyle Shops™ reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders or accounts at its sole discretion.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting EpicStyle.com, or purchasing products from or otherwise doing business with EpicStyle Shops™, you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and EpicStyle Shops™.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to EpicStyle.com or to products you purchase from EpicStyle Shops™ shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate EpicStyle Shops™ intellectual property rights, EpicStyle Shops™ may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
